Pricing
We will hold the prices as stable as possible and according to the relevant quotes. However, prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment
Customer shall pay the amount invoiced by Zephyr ProteomiX within 30 days after receipt of a invoice by transfer to the following bank account :

Pre-payments may be required in special circumstances for initial or large orders with completion of credit applications. Any required pre-payments will be shown on the individual written price quote.

Shipping
We utilize standard Federal Express delivery or equivalent delivery services.To ensure stability of our products, we ship our products on dry ice as needed. Shipping charge for shipment within Israel is at the expense of Zephyr ProteomiX except for special conditions (dry ice, etc.). This special shipping could increase shipping cost. Shipping charge for shipment outside of Israel is added to the invoice as separate items.

Warranty
Zephyr's warrants Products and Services to be of the stated quality at the time of sale. The buyer assumes all the responsibility for the use and handling of the product or any liability for consequential, special, indirect or incidental damages resulting therefrom.
